[Updated] Madden 22 TOTW fantasy pack missing after achieving 136 stars issue gets acknowledged

EA Madden 22 is the latest installment in Electronic Arts’ American football simulator saga. Like other sports games from the company, it tends to receive content constantly.

As an example of the above, Madden 22 players were challenged to get 136 stars in TOTW solos matches, which would reward them with a TOTW fantasy pack with valuable items/players.

But, many are reporting a frustrating bug that causes the pack to never be delivered to players, even after completing the challenge.

According to multiple reports, the TOTW fantasy pack is missing even for players who managed to get all 136 stars in TOTW solos.

anyone else not get the player of the week pack from getting 136 stars in the TOTW solos?

Got a nice and crisp 1000 coins from getting the stars… shame that Hurricane from years ago is still causing delays for this company.

Same here, 1000 coin quick-sell. I even played the last 2 challenges to see if it would trigger, but nope. It took them over 5 fuckin’ hours to release this crap and they still messed it up. I would love to say it is unbelievable but at this point I kind of expected another error.

Instead of the TOTW fantasy pack, all the players are getting is 1000 coins. Some are afraid to use the coins because of the possibility that it will cause them not to receive the pack when the bug is resolved.

This glitch is frustrating many who spent hours to complete the challenges, hoping to receive a reward worth all their effort. But, in the end, that is not happening.

Fortunately, the EA team confirmed that they are already aware (1, 2) of the TOTW fantasy pack missing bug. At the moment, the issue remains under investigation, with no estimated arrival date for a fix.

11:50 am (IST): MaddenNFLDirect has confirmed that this issue has been resolved retroactively and all players who have completed the challenge will receive the TOTW fantasy pack.
