FIFA 22 is one of the most popular video games to come out in recent months. But ever since its release in September of 2020, the game has managed to make headlines for all the wrong reasons.

From missing packs to unplayable game modes like VOLTA, users have faced various issues despite EA working hard to fix the game.

That being said, a few days ago, EA released Team 1 of FIFA 22 Headliners Promo that featured Kylian Mbappe and Virgil van Dijk.

They also said that the Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale will be available in FUT packs, which later turned out to be an error on their part. Many said that they were disappointed when they received a Silver Aaron Ramsdale.

However, EA was quick to comment on the matter and said they will compensate those affected with the Headliner version and those who opened packs during that time will get a pack of the same type.

But now FIFA 22 players are reporting that they haven’t received their Headliner Ramsdale compensation packs while others say they received the wrong compensation pack.

Hello, I’ve been compensated with a Rare Gold Pack and a Small Prime Players Pack, despite having opened a Jumbo Rare Players Pack and a Rare Players Pack, plus the packs from Marquee Matchups. When will I get compensated for those?

I haven’t received my compensation packs for the ramsdale incident. I completed champs at some point on the Friday so I’m wondering if anyone knows what time specifically did you have to get rewards to be due compensation and also if you have received them.

As it turns out, EA Help and FIFA Direct Communication have commented on the FIFA 22 Headliner Ramsdale packs compensation issue and said that they have started reaching out to affected players.

Also, they said that the process might take quite some time and said they will be updating the thread when all players are compensated.

However, EA is yet to comment on the issue where players are getting wrong compensation packs for the Headliner Aaron Ramsdale packs issue.

Nonetheless, we’ll keep an active track of the developments on the aforementioned issues and update the story, as and when required.

09:42 am (IST): FIFA team on Twitter has confirmed that the correct content has been provided in the game. That means the Headliner Ramsdale packs issue in FUT 22 is now resolved.
