Apex Legends rewards issue after collecting all season treasure packs gets acknowledged, but fix has no ETA

Lately, Apex Legends players have been facing some issues related to claiming rewards for completing certain challenges or objectives.

More specifically, according to multiple reports, even after collecting 45 season treasure packs, Apex Legends players are unable to get the prizes they should receive (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

Treasure Packs are items that can be obtained during competitive matches. Once the players gets 45, the game should recompense them with a new skin, stars, and other items.

But, in recent days, this is not happening. Although the players manage to complete all the requirements, the game does not give them the rewards (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

What happens when the bug occurs?: The bug made it so I can’t claim my final skin, stars, and apex pack for getting all 45 treasure packs. It says I have them claimed as it shows a big check mark next to each reward in the Episodes tab.
What should be happening instead?: I should get the rewards as I got all 45 treasure packs.

Rewards for the treasure packs bugged?

I just collected my last treasure pack and i didnt get the rewards for collecting them all. I checked with my eva-8 skins and the skin isn’t there, the same with the apex pack and stars. Does anyone else have this problem?

The EA team officially confirmed that they are already aware of the issues related to obtaining rewards from treasure packs. Currently, the bug is under investigation.

I can confirm that we are aware of this issue and are investigating. We have collected a number of examples from other players and are using these to help troubleshoot and speed up the fix.
