As every year, many sports platforms offer their users the possibility to play a ‘Fantasy season’ with their favorite team in the sport of their choice.
In a Fantasy season, users build a team by choosing the available players in that season. Then, they will get points according to the performance of those players during the season.
The ESPN channel offers its clients their own Fantasy Football. However, recently users are reporting problems with the score obtained on a certain player.
More specifically, it appears that ESPN Fantasy Football got incorrect stats for the player Harrison Butker, whose points does not match his performance in the last game.
Harrison Butker innacurate points on ESPN Fantasy Football
According to multiple reports (1, 2), the points earned on ESPN Fantasy Football by player Harrison Butker are inaccurate based on his actual performance.
Apparently, the aforementioned player should have contributed 8 points to the account of the users who have him on their team. But, ESPN Fantasy Football only gave 2 points to those users.
ESPN error?
does anybody know how to correct a scoring mistake on the ESPN fantasy football? Harrison Butker kicked two 30 yard field goals and two point afters, which should be a total of 8 pts. yet the app has be down for 2 points!

im questioning this too, since i have him in my lineup. it did show 8pts at the end of the game then when i checked later it was at 2pts? hopefully it’s an error i dont see a reason why the field goal points were taken off.

It appears that ESPN Fantasy Football is currently having a problem displaying the registered score. Some users report that in the app, Harrison Butker appears with 8 points instead of 2.
So it appears that the correct score of the player was registered in the system. But, for some reason, it is displayed incorrectly and affects the player’s overall score.
ESPN is already aware
Currently, the ESPN team is already aware of the error reported by users in their Fantasy Football. To various reports, they responded that it was escalated to the responsible department.
Hi Tom, thanks for contacting ESPN. Apologies for the trouble. We are aware of this situation and have escalated it to the appropriate department and everyone should see updates tomorrow. ~DS
