Fortnite players unable to redeem Blizabelle outfit issue gets acknowledged

Fortnite is one of the battle royale games with the largest number of players in the industry. In addition, it tends to receive new content on a constant basis.

Now, for the Christmas season, the Fortnite team has prepared a gift for its players. This is a skin called Blizabelle Outfit, a winter version of Isabelle.

But, according to multiple reports, there are many Fortnite players who are having trouble claiming the Blizabelle outfit due to a ‘This transaction has been declined due to suspicious activity’ error.

Fortnite players report facing issues while trying to obtain the skin. Many of them are unable to do so. All they get is the aforementioned error message (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

I was trying to buy the blizabelle skin and couldnt buy it so i spammed the buy button but then later when i tried to buy it it said :This transaction has been declined due to suspicious activity. Idk why what should i do? 5+5=10

Apparently this is not happening to all players. Some have been able to obtain Isabelle’s new winter skin, while others still cannot.

Blizabelle is bugged?

I’m trying to redeem the skin on my S21, but when I go to click purchase it says ”This transaction has been declined due to suspicious activity” – been like this for 3 hours now. Why it this happening to me? My friend managed to get it on his S20 FE just now so I don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to get mine.

It should be noted that, in some cases, players who suffered from the problem were able to obtain the skin through insistence.

That is, although at first all they got was the error message, they kept trying to claim it until, finally, the system gave them their reward.

If that doesn’t work for you, some players report that after playing a round of team rumble, they were able to claim the skin.

Currently, the Fortnite team is already aware of the issues that many players are facing while trying to claim the Blizabelle outfit.
