Sequel to Battle-Cars, Rocket League is a video game where players play soccer using vehicles. Since its release in 2015, it is one of the most popular games on Steam.

In March this year, the developers released Rocket League Sideswipe, a mobile version of Rocket League with the same gameplay. However, the mobile version features short 1v1 or 2v2 online matches as opposed to 5v5.

With that being said, players are susceptible to some bugs and issues, thanks to the developers frequently updating the game with new content and events. And now it looks like Rocket League Sideswipe players are experiencing an issue with the game where they are stuck on pinging regions.

The issue is making the game unplayable for many since they are unable to connect to the server. It is interesting to note that developers had released a patch in November that was aimed at fixing the bug.

But with reports still coming in, it looks like the issue hasn’t been fixed yet. Players are frustrated and angry with developers as to why they claimed they had resolved the issue in the first place.

When i open sideswipe on my ipad and try to join a match it always says “pinging regions” and then I am unable to play any online match and have to choose getting thrashed by bots How to solve this issue so I could get thrashed by real people? (and yes I realise the grammar mistake I made in the post title but my phone’s autocorrect is kinda crappy)

When I first downloaded ss, it worked great but, it just started doing this thing where when I press play it lets me pick solos and 2v2s, but at the top right it just says “pinging regions” and never stops doing that and it prevents me from starting a game. Can anyone help?
