As per multiple reports, Uno players are still facing the crashing issue on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

The issue has been around for quite some time but Ubisoft has not yet addressed it for the said consoles.

Now, it is causing inconvenience to a lot of players as they have purchased the game from Microsoft Store.

It must be noted that early reports of the Uno crashing issue on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S started surfacing in March.

Also, the developer and publisher acknowledged the issue back then and provided players with a temporary workaround.

The workaround involves playing Uno with a different Xbox profile/account until a permanent fix arrives.

After recent reports, Ubisoft has once again acknowledged the crashing issue in the same manner.

This clearly suggests that the developer and publisher has been unable to rectify the problem two months after acknowledging the same.

Moreover, it is unclear what the actual cause of the problem is as not much clarity has been provided on the same in the acknowledgements.

That said, we will be back with more details as and when new information becomes available so stay tuned.
