League of Legends is undoubtedly one of the biggest multiplayer online battle arena games to date. Released in 2009, it takes inspiration from a custom Warcraft III map.
Developed by Riot Games and published by Riot Games in conjunction with Garena, it is a free-to-play title that generates revenue via in-app purchases.
Despite being more than 12 years old, League of Legends still has a huge player base with the game’s popularity peaks in 2019 with eight million concurrent players.
Owing to its popularity, Riot Games often gives away free content in the form of packs. That being said, they are giving out a bunch of gifts via the drops system to celebrate the release of its animated series Arcane.
Known as Arcane Premiere Twitch drops, they can be unlocked by simply watching the premiere on Twitch or on the Arcane website. The free rewards include one Arcane capsule, Arcane Ward, Arcane Summoner Icon and two emotes.
Unfortunately, LOL players who were looking forward to collecting the free loot say haven’t received their Arcane Twitch drops despite them watching the premiere on Twitch.
Many have searched thoroughly in their client but the drop is nowhere to be seen right now. While some report they received the loot instantly, others are not so lucky.
In case you missed the Arcane Twitch drops, Riot is offering one more chance where you can collect them by watching Episode 2 and Episode 3 on any ‘Drop Enabled’ stream.
I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing the same issue, It’s been longer than 24hrs since I received confirmation of the Twitch Arcane premier drops in my inventory but they haven’t appeared in-game yet. Also have yet to receive the rewards for Pick-ems either. Anyone had any contact with support that can shed any light on this?

@RiotSupport Hello! It has been well over 24 hours and I have yet to receive my Arcane Twitch drops. Everything is connected properly on my account. How would I go about having this sorted out? Feels like I’ve been left out. :/

Thankfully, Riot Games has acknowledged the LOL Arcane Twitch drops issue and said that it cannot be handled over social media and requires players to open a ticket. However, they did not say anything about when players will get the rewards.
When Riot Games hands out the LOL Arcane Twitch drops to everyone, we will update this space so make sure to keep an eye out.
