Original story (published on November 05, 2021) follows:

NBA Live Mobile is one of the most popular basketball games for tablets and smartphones. However, lately, its players are having issues trying to access the game.

According to reports from some NBA Live Mobile players, they are unable to log into the game using their Facebook account (1, 2, 3, 4).

Some NBA Live Mobile players can’t log in from Facebook app

Something very common in many mobile games is that you can easily log in using a Facebook account, in order to save the player’s progress. NBA Live Mobile is one of the games that allows this.

However, some NBA Live Mobile players are reporting that, while trying to log in with their Facebook account, all they get is a ‘We’re sorry, we could not find linked accounts’ error message.

This means that some NBA Live Mobile players are unable to enter into the game and continue with their progress. An error like that could also worry many, making them think that their account has been deleted.

According to the date of the reports, the problems with the NBA Live Mobile log in system would have started since this November.

EA is aware of the issue and working to fix it

Fortunately, the game development team is already aware of the situation. EA Help Twitter account replied to some reports:

Hello there Mark, thanks for getting in touch today. I am sorry that you have been having this error when attempting to login to your game for the last 4 days. We are aware of the issue, and we’re working on getting this fixed as soon as possible.

Therefore, the problem is currently under investigation in order to be resolved as soon as possible. However, EA have not offered an estimated date for the arrival of the fix.

At the moment, players affected by the issue can only wait for new announcements from EA. Unfortunately, there is no workaround available that could help to mitigate the annoying situation.

In the coming days, if there is any new development in this regard, we will update this article, so stay tuned with us.

Update 1 (November 06)

03:12 pm (IST): It seems NBA Live Mobile players weren’t the only ones facing Facebook login issues.

In a recent tweet, FIFA Mobile’s team confirmed that the login issues tied to Facebook were fixed. It’s likely that this also translates to the issue being fixed for NBA Live Mobile players.

We have now confirmed that the Facebook login issue from this past weekend has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. (Source)
