According to user reports (1, 2, 3), the persistent notification on Discord’s Nitro tab started to appear a few hours ago. Also, nothing happens on selecting the tab, as the notification icon continues to persist.
Hey not sure if you aware of this or not but people are getting a notification from the Nitro tab and for whatever reason the notification can’t be deleted. Are you working on a solution to the problem cause a lot of people are dealing with this issue too.

Some users report that they even tried completely uninstalling the Discord app to try to solve the problem. However, it seems that this also did not work, and the notification in Nitro tab stayed there.
I just came googling to check on this and found this. I’ve done uninstall/reinstall. no right click option, etc.
