[Update: Raider's event prize tracker not working acknowledged] Apex Legends missing badge or rewards issue under investigation

Apex Legends is one of the most played battle royale games of all time. In fact, the game is so popular right now that it is closing in on PUBG and COD: Warzone.

Developed by Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts, Apex Legends is a fast-paced battle royale where teamwork is the key to victory.

Having said that, like every other video game, Apex Legends players encounter some glitches every now and then.

The most recent issue affecting several Apex Legends players is the missing badge and rewards on levelling up bug.

According to user reports, the game does not reward them with badges and rewards whenever they level up. Because of this, player stats are also being affected.

Right now, several players are confused about what is happening while others are frustrated because they are not getting rewards.

I heard that for some people stats weren’t saving such as kills or battle pass tiers, but damage?? I know for a lot of people 2k is nothing but for me it’s an accomplishment and I was gutted when I didn’t get the badge I earned. Is this gonna get fixed and am I gonna get the badge or am I going to have to somehow do it all over again?

So I’ve been playing for a while and I just got my 3k I haven’t gotten my 2 k but I was super excited cause the closes I got was alway around 1500-1800 but I got it and it’s not showing up do I have to win or get the previous badges like do I have to get 2k the 2.5k etc is there a fix to it?

In the Apex Legends universe, a badge is a way to show off champion proficiency and stats. Players can collect them when they complete certain challenges.

As it turns out, EA is aware of the issue and says that it is currently under investigation.

We hope EA and Respawn Entertainment fix the Apex Legends missing badge and rewards bug soon so players can flex their stats and collect free rewards.

09:15 am (IST): Respawn has confirmed that it has rolled out a small update to fix the bug that was preventing stats from being properly tracked. Unfortunately, lost stats will not be recovered.

Just published another small update:

* Temporarily disabling Prowler in Arenas due to crashing issues
* Resolved a bug that was preventing some stats from being properly tracked. Missing stats aren’t recoverable, but should track correctly going forward. Sorry about that one! (Source)

05:43 am (IST): It seems some users are still facing the bug where they are unable to claim their 2K badges to which EA Help responded that they are aware of it and are investigating the issue further.

11:43 pm (IST): Fresh reports indicate that the LGBT+, BLM, SAH, and Suicide Awareness badges are missing from the game. At the time of this update, Apex Legends hasn’t acknowledged the problem yet.

10:23 am (IST): Respawn has come out to assure players that these badges will be back and permanently available for ALL players after the update on Nov 2.

10:59 am (IST): New reports now have it that the Apex Legend Rank rewards are either missing for users or is bugged.

Luckily, this issue has been acknowledged and is reportedly being worked on.

12:11 pm (IST): After complaints started pouring in with claims that players were facing issues redeeming items in the Raider’s Prize Tracker, Respawn confirmed that it’s a bug that they’re working to address.

We’re aware of a bug keeping @playapex players from redeeming items in the Raider’s Prize Tracker. While we’re currently working on a fix, your progress is still being tracked and the items you’ve earned will be awarded. (Source)
