EA FIFA 22 is the latest entrant in the football simulation video game franchise. Published by Electronic Arts, the game offers some much-needed visual changes, distinguishing it from its previous iterations.

Having said that, FIFA 22 has had a rough launch this year with players experiencing several bugs and issues with the game that made it unplayable for many.

After its release on September 26 this year, players complained they were not getting OTW players in the Ones to Watch pre-order packs whereas, for others, the game was lagging and freezing.

Unsurprisingly, a new issue has popped surfaced with FIFA 22. Since 2019, EA has been collaborating with Twitch to give FIFA players free content at end of each month.

The latest Prime Gaming pack includes a loan item Kylian Mbappe and offers 7 rare gold player cards, 12 rare consumables along with 81+ rare Gold player picks. Those who have access to Amazon Prime need to link their account to their EA account to claim the free pack.

However, things haven’t been sailing smoothly for EA lately. Recently, FIFA reportedly ended its long-term exclusive partnership with EA after 30 years.

Now, many FIFA 22 players are saying they are unable to claim the Prime Gaming pack since it is not appearing on their account. While some say the Prime Gaming pack was visible after they claimed the Madden one, others were not so lucky.

@EAHelp Hi, It says my prime gaming pack is claimed and my ea/twitch accounts are linked but the pack is not showing up in my store. I got the fgs swap token last week so I know for sure my accounts are linked properly. Anyway to look into this?

Thankfully, EA was quick to acknowledge the issue and said it is currently under investigation. However, they did not share any ETA on when the FIFA 22 Prime Gaming pack glitch will be fixed.

Our team is aware of this issue and currently investigating this. Meanwhile, please do unlink & relink your accounts and make sure you are linking the right accounts. -Zane

Moreover, EA Help is also suggesting users try relinking their Amazon Prime accounts to their EA account. Also, they suggested that users try claiming a different reward before trying to get their hands on the FIFA 22 Prime Gaming pack.

….If you have not received it, please go back into the Prime gaming page, and try claiming a different reward for FIFA or any other EA game and that will trigger the linking process again. If that doesn’t work then please DM us and we’ll investigate further for you. -Bob
