[Update: Oct. 14] Dead by Daylight Mobile investigating issue preventing players from queuing into public matches (infinite loading)

If you like to play horror games then you must have heard of Dead by Daylight. It is a multiplayer survival game developed by Behavior Interactive.

This video game was initially released in 2017 and it is available to play on different gaming platforms including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Stadia.

There’s also a mobile version of Dead by Daylight for devices running iOS or Android and is available for free.

However, some Dead by Daylight Mobile players are facing issues while playing the game. As per reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), gamers are having trouble getting into a match since they can’t get past the loading screen.

Apparently, when a gamer tries to enter a public match, an issue prevents them from queuing. The screen keeps loading forever and the game never starts.

Spent a combined half hour deleting, redownloading the app, including restarting my phone, but we I can’t load into a match. I just love all the details of this update, the cosmetics, the lunge fix, Trickster buffs, even updated character faces. Dying to play a game! 😢 (Source)

While a recent update to the app brought several new changes in the game, none expected an issue that would prevent them from getting into the game would slip through.

Software updates are supposed to bring new features, improvements, and enhancements to gameplay. Bugs are not something anyone would expect after downloading new updates, but here we are.

On the brighter side, the Dead by Daylight Mobile support team has acknowledged this annoying bug and assured users that they are working on a fix.
