New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…

Original story (published on October 05, 2021) follows:

If you love playing sports video games, then you might be very well aware of the FIFA series of EA (Electronic Arts). EA released the latest 29th edition of the series — FIFA 22 — this year on October 1.

This video game is available to play on various gaming platforms including Xbox, PlayStation, Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, and Windows. Many aspects of this game can be controlled by the FIFA 22 Companion app.

The Companion app is the place where you can do stuff like edit your team, customize stadium, claim rewards, buy and sell players, and much more. This application is available on both Android and iOS running devices.

However, some users are having trouble with the Transfer Market feature of the Companion app. The Transfer Market is where you can buy or sell players with the global FUT community.

As per the reports, gamers aren’t able to list their players in the Transfer Market and instead they get an error message. This is preventing them from selling players.

Anyone else experiencing this? I get an error message when I try to list my (tradable) Mane, but I can go list a random 75 overall perfectly fine. (Source)

Hey guys, i already played my 10 hours no ps4 and in the web app, i cant sell or transfer any player who is in my squad. anyone with the same problem?? i want to sell they to make some trading, but when i try to transfer them to the transfer list, its says there was an error loading. (Source)

Whenever they try to add any player to the trading list, it does not show up in the companion app. This is an annoying issue that is bothering many players.

If you are also facing this same issue, then there is nothing to worry about. EA support has already acknowledged the issue and it is currently under investigation.

Moreover, the company is trying to resolve this as soon as possible. However, no ETA has been provided as to when exactly this bug will be fixed. We hope that it gets sorted out soon and everything goes back to normal again.

Update (October 06)

IST 12:28 pm: EA has since come out to shed light on this issue causing the glitch when listing players in the transfer market. Below is an excerpt.

When listing an item on the FUT transfer market, if the Starting Price was one increment lower than the Buy Now Price, players may have received an error blocking the item from being listed on the transfer market.

Title Update #1 (TU #1) will soon be available for the PC (Origin/Steam) and Stadia versions of FIFA 22, and it will include the changes below. TU #1 will be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S versions of FIFA 22 at a later date.
