[Updated] Halo Infinite beta multiplayer not loading or working? Here's why
New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on October 02, 2021) follows:
Halo Infinite is the upcoming FPS video game that will be officially released on December 8. It will be available on different platforms such as Windows and Xbox consoles.
Developed by 343 Industries and published by Xbox Game Studios, the Halo Infinity carries forward the story of Master Chief. It has various game modes such as Legendary Multiplayer, Arena, and Big Team Battle.
Currently, this video game is available for early experience for testers through the beta version. The interested gamers can test this video game on both the Xbox and Windows.
The Halo Infinite multiplayer technical preview a.k.a. Halo Infinite beta has entered the next phase in the month of October and many gamers are showing their interest to test this video game ahead of its final release.
The gamers are unable to play the multiplayer mode. When they click on multiplayer, the game is stuck on the loading window and the game never starts. Not only that, some players are stuck in the lobby with UNSC logo.

I can’t even play anything cause I have an infinite loading screen when I try to go to the multiplayer and academy menus. (Source)
For some, they can’t go past the menu that keeps looping between ‘Play’ and the ‘Multiplayer’ option. And after a while, it shows an error that says ‘can’t find a dedicated server’.
The gamers who are trying to play the multiplayer mode are not able to make it to the game. After getting frustrated with this whole situation, they have reported it on Reddit.
Apparently, there’s already a reason as to why the gamers can’t access the multiplayer mode in the video game. If you are not able to play Infinite Halo beta multiplayer then there’s not much to panic.
This is happening likely because the Halo Infinite multiplayer is only available during a specific window. Besides that particular time, the players can only play the training mode in the academy.
Here’s a user shared the schedule of when the multiplayer mode may get available to play.
Weekend 2 (October 1-3)
– Friday, October 1 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT
– Saturday, October 2 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT
– Sunday, October 3 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT (Source)
If the above-mentioned information is true, and you try to enter the multiplayer mode in between these time intervals, then you may be able to play it successfully without any loading issue. So you may give it a try.
It seems that most of the players testing this upcoming video game aren’t aware of the scheduled process. Until the video game becomes available with a stable version, the company might want to test it in the scheduled manner.
All in all, you just have to wait until the multiplayer goes live and in the meantime, you can enjoy the training mode.
