However, an issue appears to be causing some troubles for those with a Google My Business account. As per multiple reports, the Info section or tab in Google My Business is not working properly.

Users are getting error 429 while accessing the Info tab in their Google My Business account. This is inconveniencing them as they are unable to edit or update their business info.

The issue appears to be widespread and there is currently no way to bypass error 429 on Google My Business. It is unclear what the exact cause of the problem is but it appears to be a fault at Google’s server-side.

When trying to access the Info tab on the Google My Business platform I am unable to see the page.

Consistently being given a 429 error. Has anyone else seen this or know a fix for this error?
