Ubisoft looking into missing transmog items in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed is among the most popular game series when it comes to role-playing games. The latest entry in the series, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, has been available numerous platforms since 2020.

The game has already received a couple of DLCs and it was announced back in June 2021 that Valhalla will be supported for another year with new expansion packs and updates.

While all this is certainly good news for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players, they have also been facing some issues with the in-game equipment with the game lately.

As per multiple reports, several transmog items are missing in the Assassin’s Creed Blacksmith menu. Basically, the transmog items appear in the main Blacksmith section but not while changing appearance.

This issue is affecting multiple character armor items in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and players are unable to equip these transmogs. Also, generic troubleshooting like reinstalling the game, power cycling the device, and updating software is not helping players.

@UbisoftSupport Valhalla has been crashing a lot for me after the update. Especially after the Francian Champion quest. Had to run the raid 3 times. I’m also STILL missing armor transmog appearances, and am not getting new ones. Lastly, boots are missing at blacksmiths entirely.

It is possible that the transmog items are not actually missing and are simply not getting listed properly. This is still based on speculation as Ubisoft has not provided much clarity on what is causing this problem.

However, affected players may not have to face this issue for too long. Ubisoft Support has acknowledged the problem with missing transmog items in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Blacksmith menu.

It seems the game development team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. Also, Ubisoft Support is collecting information from Assassins’s Creed Valhalla players regarding the missing transmog armor items.

Thus it is possible that the issue might be addressed soon, however, game support has not provided any information on how long it will take to fix the aforementioned problem.

It is still good to see that the issue is being handled by Ubisoft so players can at least take some comfort knowing that a fix will arrive in the future.

Hopefully, Ubisoft soon releases a new update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla with bug fixes for the issue with missing transmog items.
