While the upcoming game is already quite popular, players are noticing that it is missing a handy feature.

As per multiple reports, console users are demanding that a FOV (Field of View) slider should be added to Call of Duty: Vanguard.

The alpha version currently does not have this feature which allows players to adjust the amount of peripheral vision.

I remember a lot of people wanting fov slider. Idk about complaining but it was highly requested in the mid days (bo3-ww2 era) and they got it finally in cw which made the community really glad and now there is a possibility its not coming on vanguard console? What a joke

It must be noted that similar requests have already been doing the rounds for CoD: Warzone especially since CoD: Black Ops Cold War came with the FOV slider for consoles in November 2020.

While Raven Software said that they are aware of players’ requests for the feature to be added to CoD: Warzone, there is no time frame for this implementation.

Also, Sledgehammer Games or Activision has not made any comments regarding the addition of the FOV slider in CoD: Vanguard so far.

It is possible that the feature might arrive for the console version of Vanguard when it hits beta or stable channel because of its rising demand.

However, this is still based on speculation as the addition of the FOV slider depends on a lot of factors including frame rate.

Moreover, nothing is confirmed at this point until the developer and publisher shed some light on the matter.
