Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why the TSB app isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues lately.

A quick look at the micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many other affected by the same issue. Going by reports, TSB app encountered an issue a few hours back, and the issue was officially acknowledged:

We’re aware that customers are currently experiencing issues accessing our Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking. We’re working to solve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

Down detector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – also conveys that -TSB is indeed going through a glitch in some of the regions, as can be seen in the image below:

Any official word on the matter? Negative, as yet. We’re yet to locate a word from the official service channels or their social media handles.

03:05 pm (IST): TSB users have been reporting being unable to access the bank mobile banking services or even the online banking services. Now, the bank has come out to clarify that this issue stems from Sky Broadband’s outage.

12:45 pm (IST): According to fresh reports on Twitter and Downdetector, TSB app is currently down or not working for many.

07:21 pm (IST): TSB support has acknowledged the recent outage with their app and said that they are working to resolve it. However, there’s no ETA for the fix.

04:01 pm (IST): TSB team just confirmed that they are already working to resolve their online banking issues as soon as possible.

07:15 pm (IST): According to reports on Downdetector, the recent outage with TSB app has now been resolved.

12:08 pm (IST): Fresh reports (1, 2, 3) suggest that the TSB app is currently down or not working for a section of users.

04:00 pm (IST): TBS support has acknowledged the recent outage with their service and confirmed that they are working to resolve it.

03:23 pm (IST): TSB users report a new outage on the platform (1, 2, 3), but the company’s technicians are already working on solving it.

05:30 pm (IST): The TBS banking platform is now available again.

03:27 pm (IST): TBS platform (app and website) is in the midst of a new outage, according to fresh reports (1, 2, 3).

05:05 pm (IST): TBS banking platform is now accessible as the outage was fixed.

03:14 pm (IST): According to reports (1, 2), TSB app is currently down or not working and users are having trouble making payments.

05:50 pm (IST): The recent outage has been resolved.

04:44 pm (IST): TSB bank is currently down or not working (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) for a section of users. As a result, they are unable to access their accounts or online banking.

07:30 pm (IST): The recent outage with TSB bank has now been resolved.
