YouTube Studio allows content creators to easily mange their channels and its app is available on Android and iOS.

Now, users have been getting a popup in the YouTube Studio app as well as the web app regarding the availability of Dark Mode.

Many users are noticing of this popup which clearly states that Dark Mode can be enabled on the Studio app and web app through the Appearance section in the account menu.

However, the YouTube Studio account menu does not include any Appearance option let alone an option for Dark Mode.

In fact, the said options are nowhere to be found in the YouTube Studio mobile and desktop app settings.

This has created a lot of confusion among creators as they are unable to switch to Dark Mode even though the popup is still there.

Also, one user tweeted that after getting in touch with support, they were told that it is a bug.

However, there have been no official announcements on the matter yet so it is unclear whether the said feature is indeed coming to YouTube Studio or not.

Apart from that, another Reddit user shared a screenshot from support where it has been mentioned that the Dark theme is a newly launched feature for YouTube Studio.

Moreover, the engineering team is aware of the issue where users are unable to find an option to enable the Dark theme and is working to resolve the same.

While it is quite possible that the said feature might have been released for YouTube Studio, nothing is certain until an official comment on the matter comes out.

It must be noted that the standard YouTube apps already have Dark Mode for quite some time, while the wait was on for the Studio apps.

That said, we will keep tracking this for further development and will report back when we get more details on the matter.
