Now, it seems that the said apps suite is changing for good as the latest update brings along some enahncements.

Also, Samsung has changed the name of the Galaxy Labs suite to Good Guardians with the update to version 2.0.00.14.

The latest Good Guardians update brings improvements for the Battery Guardian and Battery Tracker along with a couple new sections.

The screen ON and average battery usage details for 7 days have now been added to the Battery Tracker section.

On the other hand, the Battery Guardian section now includes battery life extending features like bedtime and screen power saving along with optimizations for battery heavy settings and more.

However, the File Guardian section will be phasing out due to Samsung apps’ expanded trash function and will not be supported on new Samsung devices running One UI 3.0.

Apart from that, the Memory and Thermal Guardian sections from One UI 3.0 are now included in the Good Guardian suite. However, the said sections will only be available on select devices.

It is still good to see that Samsung is constantly working to enhance the user experience with such updates.

So, if you have not yet updated the Galaxy Labs app on your Samsung device, now is the time to do so.
