Cryptocurrency has been a staple for many netizens over the past few years and as such, we have seen dozens of new ‘coins’ hit the market all hoping to be the next big thing.

In line with that, there has been a rise in the number of services that allow users to convert their real money into crypto. Crypto.com and Bybit are just some of these services.

These services do handle people’s hard-earned money and as expected, a little glitch that would inspire any level of doubt among users is often met with a lot of backlash.

Now, it is coming to light that Bybit service has an issue, an issue that leaves users unable to view their balance, trades and positions.

Frustration and confusion continues to mount as affected users turn to Bybit to vent their anger at not being able to see their investments.

The company has since come out to assure affected users that their assets are safe and that they are working to resolve the issue. In response to one of the user complaints, Bybit says:

bybit aware

Hey Eddie, we are aware of this issue. Our teams are working on it and will find a fix soon. Rest assured all your assets are safe. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This confirmation and assurance should calm down affected users as they can rest assured their assets are safe. However, what this glitch means remains to be seen, even as users wait for a fix.
