Demand for Apple Music (iTunes) dark mode on Windows OS soars, still no word on availability from Apple

Apple Music has emerged as one of the best streaming services around giving tough competition to the likes of Spotify and Amazon Music.

A big music library, tight integration in the Apple ecosystem and a variety of features all give Apple Music an edge over its rivals.

Apple keeps adding new features to the Apple Music app like the recently added Lossless and Spatial music support making sure its lead over other music services remains so.

But still, Apple has failed to give a simple feature like dark mode to the Apple Music app on Windows OS. This behavior of Apple of neglecting its apps and services on other platforms hasn’t sat well with users.

The long-standing demand for dark mode on Apple Music on Windows hasn’t been fulfilled by Apple and now the demand for it has seen a soar among users.

Ok Apple Music is very cool and all but why does dark mode exist for itunes Mac but not on Windows. I can’t keep getting flashbanged every time a League game ends

@Apple can we get dark mode for iTunes on windows PLSSS I keep getting blinded whenever I open the app

Where is the dark mode for Windows? C’mon, i pay for Apple Music and i want use it as its best, don’t be so boring…@iTunes@AppleMusic@Apple@AppleSupport

Users are now showing their frustration by making memes about the issue and sharing them on social media.

But even after getting such a strong response from users, Apple hasn’t budged and hasn’t responded in any form.

Still, we are hopeful that Apple will take its users’ long-standing demand into consideration and soon provide dark mode for Apple Music app on Windows.

We will keep tracking all the developments related to the matter and update you once any information becomes available.
