Just in case you’re trying to wrap your head around why Genshin Impact isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing such issues.

A quick look at Twitter reveals that there are many others affected by the same. Going by reports, players are facing the error -1-4302 or 4206 when launching the game, and users suspect that Genshin Impact servers are down across Asia.

Downdetector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – also conveys that Genshin Impact is indeed going through a glitch as can be seen in the image below.


While the initial spike has now dropped considerably, there still are fresh reports emerging which indicate that the issue has not been addressed completely.

Sadly, there hasn’t been any official acknowledgment out till now so it remains to be seen when the outage will finally subdue.
