Incoming is a service outage alert!

Is Salesforce down and not working for you at the moment, or throwing log-in issues? Please be informed that the service is seemingly going through an outage in some regions which has got affected users to route to micro-blogging site Twitter and other online discussion platforms to highlight their concern.

Take a look at what some of those affected have to say:

@asksalesforce
Salesforce Systems appear to all be down with various Privacy/404 errors. Any word on a resolution timeframe or root cause?

@salesforce
I do not see the current outage reflected in the trust status page . IS there an ETA for getting things back ? #salesforcedown

@salesforce
AP15 is down (all my customers instances on AP15 are down) in the middle of a business day (not the first time this year), and as usual Trust do not report this issue and state that the instance is up and running. What is even the purpose of Trust ?

Going by reports looks like, Salesforce is currently down in multiple regions.

A quick look at Down detector – a service that gives a realtime overview of outages and other issues – reflects Salesforce is encountering a glitch.

Coming to whether there’s an official word on the matter, well, it’s yet to come. But be informed, we’re keeping a continuous tab on the service’s social media and other official channels for more information.

Even the official service status page doesn’t convey any issues.

So we’ll update this page with relevant info as and when we catch hold of any. In case you’re facing the problem discussed here, stay tuned for more updates.
