Instagram allegedly working to show how much time is left before Story disappears

Instagram has become a major part of users’ daily life ever since the Stories feature was introduced.

The app has over a billion users and a lot of them share Stories regularly. And apparently, the Stories feature might get a tweak in the future to make it even better.

As per recent reports from Twitter, Instagram might be working to show the remaining time before a Story disappears.

Twitter user Alessandro Paluzzi, who has a decent tracker record leaking Facebook-related stuff, has shared a screenshot of the Instagram app.

In the shared screenshot, the remaining time before a Story disappears can be clearly seen below the Instagram Stories.

While this does appear to be a handy feature for power Insta users, it is unclear whether the said tweak will indeed occur or not.

An iOS user has also pointed out that the said feature is already available for certain accounts only.

It is possible that the said feature might indeed be in the works but this is still based on speculation.

This is simply because there has been no official announcements on the matter so far.

Hence, whether or not the remaining Story time feature will be implemented in the next Instagram app update remains a mystery.

So, if you are among those who can see the remaining time for Instagram stories, feel free to drop a comment and let us know.
