[Updated] Biomutant Mercenary Class not working or encountering Pre-Order bonus glitch? Don't worry, fix being worked on

Biomutant came out pretty recently on platforms like PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.

However, those who pre-ordered the Biomutant Mercenary Class downloadable content (DLC) are facing an issue.

As per several recent reports, it seems that the pre-ordered Biomutant Mercenary Class bonus content is not working for players.

The said issue appears to be widespread and players are facing it across multiple platforms.

However, affected players might soon get a fix for this problem as it has been officially acknowledged.

The game publisher, THQ Nordic, has stated in a tweet that they are aware of the issue where the Biomutant Mercenary Class pre-order bonus content is not working.

Also, it has been mentioned that the issue is being actively looked into. This further indicates that a fix for the same might arrive in the near future.

This is, however, still based on our speculation as no ETA for a fix has been mentioned in the issue acknowledgement.

While it is good to see that the issue is being looked into, such problems tend to spoil the user experience.

The case is same here as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to players who were expecting a quick start with the pre-order bonus.

Hopefully, the game developer and publisher resolve the said issue so that users can play the recently released game without any hassle.

Unfortunately, the pre-order bonus was digital and Collector’s Edition only. We tried to be as clear as possible about that on our end.

If your retailer promised the pre-order bonus despite that, please contact them directly.
