New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on May 26, 2021) follows:

Motorola Moto G40 Fusion came out last month with Android 11 out-of-the-box and several other impressive specs.

While the mid-range smartphone does offer a lot to users, they are facing some problems with it.

As per recent reports, it seems that users of the Moto G40 Fusion are experiencing problems with the touchscreen.

Users have been reporting about an issue where there is a delay or lag in the touch responses on their G40 fusion units.

It is possible that this issue might be due to a faulty hardware. However, the fact that several users are facing the problem, a hardware fault appears unlikely.

This is still based on our speculation but the official Motorola India Twitter has already acknowledged the said issue.

Also, the relevant team is investigating the issue with touch delay or lag on the G40 Fusion, according to Motorola India.

This further indicates that the issue might be related to software and a fix for the same might arrive in the future.

However, the OEM has not provided any clarity on whether a fix is being looked into or if a software update will address the issue.

So, affected users may have to wait for some time before Motorola sheds some more light on the matter.

Hopefully, the OEM fixes the said problem soon as users are unable to exploit the recently released G40 Fusion.
