Strava is among the most widely used fitness tracking services in America. This is based on GPS tracking and can be synced with any fitness tracker to record workout stats.

But recently, Fitbit users are fiddling around the app with no way to sync it with Strava. Here’s what the users are facing.

Fitbit activities won’t sync to strava for 3 days now. Can you please fix this?
This has been happening for the past couple of days and is affecting a ton of users on both iOS and Android apps.
When stumbled upon issues like these, the first troubleshooting step that comes to mind is restarting/re-pair device and app but that doesn’t change a thing.
Something’s not right at the backend of either Fitbit or Strava that is leading to failure of data sync.
After the high volume of reports began surfacing online, both Fitbit and Strava quickly came forward with a statement.
