The popular role-playing video game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, has been available on Android and iOS since 2014.

The game recently got an update to version 11.11.1 on both platforms but Apple users have been facing an issue after the latest update.

As per recent reports, some iOS users are unable to play Kim Kardashian: Hollywood after the latest update as the game does not respond.

It seems that this issue is not present on Android devices whereas iOS users are simply getting a pink screen.

Also, the said issue appears to be affecting one particular iOS device i.e., the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

@KKHOfficial why is game down today? Cannot load into game properly, I get a full pink screen with my quests on the side, but never fully loads. Please help-I am a daily user.

The official Twitter handle for the game has responded to affected users stating that there is an issue in the latest update on the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Moreover, the developers are working on a fix and users should not uninstall the game as a workaround measure.

This further indicates that users may not have to wait for long as the said fix might start rolling out soon.

However, this is still based on our speculation as no ETA has been provided in the official acknowledgement.

The video game has been quite popular ever since it came out and now millions of users play it on both platforms.

Hopefully, the game developer, Glu Mobile, fixes the said issue soon as it is preventing users to enjoy the game.
