Some Verizon Fios customers have apparently been facing issues with the service for a couple of days as the online streaming is not working.

According to users, they aren’t able to watch shows on Verizon Fios channels. We’ve shared some reports below for reference.

Some users claim that they are getting a message saying — cloud path error authorization — and others claim that they’re getting a message asking them to subscribe to channels even though they’re already subscribed to them.

Fortunately, the Big Red carrier has finally acknowledged the problem and has confirmed that they’re working on a fix for it.

Unfortunately, Verizon Fios support hasn’t shared an ETA for when users will be able to begin watching or streaming content online.

Whatever the case, we’ll post an update if and when there are any new developments regarding the online streaming not working issue for Verizon Fios users.
