Wish to cancel Spotify Premium on Android app? Here's how to

A lot of Android and iOS users opt for Spotify Premium as it is among the top audio streaming subscription services.

The benefits of Spotify Premium include ad-free audio streaming, play on multiple devices, offline playback, and more.

Some users even try Spotify Premium to check out all of its goodies and then want to cancel the subscription due to numerous reasons.

Whatever may be the reasons behind cancellation, not all Android users find it easy to cancel their Premium subscription on the music streaming platform.

So, here are some simple steps for Android users to cancel their Spotify Premium subscription.

First of all, launch a web browser like Google Chrome on the Android device and head over to Spotify homepage.

Now, log in to the account for which the Premium subscription needs to be canceled by tapping the icon (three lines) in the top right corner.

Once done, select the My Account icon which should now appear next to the three lines icon again in the top right corner.

In the My Account section, scroll down to the Your plan details section and select the Change Plan option.

On the Change Plan page, select the Cancel Premium option under the Spotify Free section and then select Yes, Cancel to end the Premium subscription.

By following the aforementioned steps, one can easily end their Spotify Premium subscription as and when they want to.

While Spotify is a big name among audio streaming services, the likes of YouTube Music and Apple Music also offer a lot of similar benefits to users.
