Is Hawaiian Telcom down, not working for you right now? Please be informed that the service is seemingly going through an outage which has got affected users to route to micro-blogging site Twitter to highlight their concern.
Going by reports, the TV service is experiencing an outage. Take a look at what some of those affected have to say:

Here we go again. Not even 2-weeks since the major March 3-4 outage. and Hawaiian Tel cable television is DOWN. ZERO Notification on your support website. Already 20minutes on hold for support.

A quick look at Down detector – a service that gives a realtime overview of outages and other issues – reflects Hawaiian Telcom is encountering a glitch in some regions.
Coming to whether there’s an official word on the matter, well, the company has spoken on the matter saying:
We can confirm some Hawaiian Telcom TV customers may currently be experiencing intermittent issues with service, affecting some TV channels in your lineup. Our teams are working to resolve as quickly as possible, thank you for your patience.
It’s relieving that the company is already working on resolving the issue. Rest assured, we’ll update this page with relevant info as and when we catch hold of any. In case you’re facing the problem discussed here, stay tuned for more updates.
Update 1 (April 28, 2023)
03:54 pm (IST): Hawaiian Telcom internet service is currently in the midst of an outage (1, 2).
06:00 pm (IST): The latest Hawaiian Telcom internet service outage has already been fixed.
