Android 12 theme can now be installed on Realme UI 2.0/1.0 & ColorOS 7/6/5 devices, need not wait for Realme UI 3.0 or ColorOS 12

Google has been persistent with the major Android upgrades but the development has arrived at its saturation point where there’s hardly a big turnaround.

Transition to Android 11 had a similar story with nothing significant on the plate. In fact, custom skins of major smartphone giants are a notch above in terms of user interface and experience.

There have been multiple instances where Google adds an interesting feature years after their first appearance on certain custom-based skins. For example, the navigation gestures.

But nevertheless, Google keeps Android enthusiasts on the edge of their seats. This time around, we finally have some notably big stuff to witness with the Android 12 update.

A set of screenshots surfaced showing an Android 12 theming system on the developer preview of Android 12. This comes as a striking move by Google to revamp the operating system.

Google may take its time to launch the feature anytime in the future but the perks of living in an era of exceedingly advanced technology are that you’ll never have to settle for less.

Realme and Oppo devices run on heavy skins that offer tons of unique features already. To add more to it, a few developers have made it possible to get a taste of the new theme.

To enjoy this we have a download link ready.

Although the theme comes on a trial basis, there’s a workaround as well to bypass the trial period and make it work indefinitely.

We have compiled a dedicated Android 12 tracker that has all the latest information about the upcoming upgrade.
