Original story (published on February 11, 2020) follows:

Android 10 brought in a low of new features like enhanced security, privacy controls, new design elements, and major UI changes. However, one of the features that aims at improving the digital life of smartphone consumers is Digital Wellbeing.

For naive, Digital Wellbeing allows the user to track their daily technology usage throughout the day. The dashboard shows the number of unlocks, a number of notifications received, time spent on various applications, etc.

However, this feature was available for smartphone users on Android 10. Matter of fact, according to a report on Android Authority, several users wished that they had something like Digital Wellbeing on their Android TVs.

Fortunately, there is an App called ‘App Usage for Android TV: Digital Wellbeing Helper‘ that allows the users to check daily or weekly usage statistics, set a time limit for every app, and more, all of this on the Android TV.
