Free Fire issues on Google Play Store: Unable to download game, account ID suspended, & diamond top-up

Since its release on September 2017, the Garena team has been busy adding cool new content to reel in new players whilst keeping old players invested.

As a result, the game has grown immensely to become one of the most popular mobile titles.

With every new update though, come fixes for various bugs on previous versions, along with some brand new bugs. One can say that the cycle of mobile game development is virtually endless.

However, some of such bugs/issues stand out like a sore thumb, and we have covered three of them below.

Unable to download Free Fire from Google Play Store

Apart from installation issues, users are also unable to update the game. If you are one of such, then try the below-mentioned steps to workaround the issue.

      1. Clear Google Play Store data: To do the same, head over to your apps settings. Next, search up “Google Play Store” and tap on the result to reveal its app info page. Click on the “Clear data” button and try redownloading the game.

      2. Reinstall Free Fire: If you are unable to update the game, and have already performed the above step, then try reinstalling the game.

      3. Download the game from APKPure: Alternatively, you can also download the game via APKPure. Click here to do so.

      Free Fire account ID suspended

There have also been plentiful complaints doing rounds on Google Play Store forums regarding the suspension of several users’ Free Fire accounts for no apparent reason.

It is worth noting here that such suspensions mainly occur due to the use of hacks. If you truly aren’t guilty of any malpractice/cheating as such, then you can give the below given steps a try .

      1. Click here to open up the Garena customer support website.
      2. Select the “EMAIL US NOW” button to issue a complaint.
      3. Describe your issue in detail and submit your ticket.

Hopefully, the customer support will reach out to you soon and provide a remedy for your grievance.
