      New update alert: Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, Redmi 6, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, LG G8 ThinQ, Q51 & X2, Realme X2 Pro & Xperia XZ2

      Here is another list of the various devices obtaining new Android updates – Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, LG G8 ThinQ, LG Q51, and LG X2 (2019) are all receiving the brand new July update. On the other hand, the June security update is available for Redmi 6 (Russia).

      Additionally Realme X2 Pro, Xperia XZ2, and Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite (Global and Russian) are grabbing the latest software updates. A detailed overview of the updates can be found below.

      Xiaomi Mi Note Lite (Global and Russian)

      The new firmware update is now live for Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite on the Global and Russian ROMs. The Global variant carries version V11.0.7.0.QFNMIXM and the version for the Russian variant is V11.0.4.0.QFNRUXM. The update optimizes the performance of the proximity sensor. Here’s the short and crisp changelog:

      Redmi 6 (Russia)

      Next we have the Russian variant of Redmi 6 picking up the June security update as version V11.0.4.0.PCGRUXM. The update focuses on increasing the security of the device. Find the changelog below:

      Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 10+ 5G

      Another Samsung device picking up the fresh July update is Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, which arrives as version N976BXXS5CTG1/N976BOXM5CTFA (154.27MB). The update improves the security and performance of the device.

      LG G8 ThinQ, LG Q51 and LG X2 (2019)

      LG has issued the all-new July security update to LG G8 ThinQ, LG Q51, and LG X2 (2019). Let’s take a closer look.

      LG G8 ThinQ

      The July update brings many new features to LG G8 ThinQ such as the Button navigation bar hiding function, Message view function, Volume function Point color, etc. Find the detailed changelog below.

      -Button navigation bar hiding function has been added.
      -The gesture navigation bar design has been improved.
      -Message view function has been added to the call log settings.
      -Recommended app settings have been added to the recent history screen.
      -The screen rotation button and the keyboard have been improved so that they do not overlap.
      -Improved so that the input window is not blocked when using the keyboard on the horizontal screen.
      -The size of the notification window on the horizontal screen has been improved significantly.
      -Volume function has been added to the notification window.
      -A confirmation popup was added when registering a block number on the call end screen.
      -Point color settings have been added.
      -The volume control bar design provided on the screen when the volume button is pressed has been improved.
      -Call popup size has been improved to be smaller.
      -The screen brightness during a call has been improved by 16% compared to the previous one.

      Realme X2 Pro

      Finally, Realme X2 Pro users are now receiving the C.27 update on their device. The update adds live wallpaper function, video ringtone function and also brings fixes to known issues. Here’s what the changelog reads:
