In today’s edition of new update alert, a bunch of Samsung devices is picking up new updates along with several Honor phones. Samsung devices include Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, Galaxy S10, S10+, Galaxy A70s, A6+, J6, and Galaxy Fold. Out of the bunch, the Galaxy M21 is picking up April security update.

While Honor 9X Pro, 9X, and Honor 9N are also getting updated. Two Sony Xperia phones, i.e. Xperia 10 Plus and Xperia 1 have also made the cut.

Let us look at the updates received on each of the phones, one by one:

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+

June security update is now live for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ which was spotted in New Zealand and Canada, respectively.

Galaxy Note 10+ receives the update with build CTE9 and Galaxy Note 10 grabs it with build CTE7. Here is the common changelog of the update:

• The stability of Camera has been improved.
• Wi-Fi connectivity and stability have been improved.
• The stability of Touch screen has been improved.
• The security of your device has been improved.

Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+

As per the latest Reddit posts, Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ are picking up June 2020 security updates in Canada. The update is arriving with build DTE8 and packs performance improvements and bug fixes.

Here is the common changelog:

· Device stability improvements, bug fixes.
· New and / or enhanced features.
· Further improvements to performance.

Samsung Galaxy M21, A6+ and J6

June 2020 security patchset is now also available for Samsung Galaxy A6+ and J6 while Galaxy M21 is picking up the April security patch. It has been spotted in the Netherlands and is expected to arrive in other regions soon.

The update on Galaxy M21 is tagged with build ATF4/ATF1 (OTA size 302.24 MB), A6+ gets it as CTF4/CTC9/CTF1 (OTA size 110.23 MB), and Galaxy J6 grabs it as CTF5 (OTA size is 462.07 MB).

Samsung Galaxy Fold

Galaxy Fold is also getting served with June 2020 security patch in China. It is arriving with build number BTF2 and also improves the stability of Samsung keyboard.

Here is the changelog, according to the official update tracker:

• Other bug fixes
– The stability of samsung keyboard is improved.
• The latest Android security patch has been applied.
– Device security has been further enhanced.

Sony Xperia 10 Plus and Xperia 1

Sony has also made the June 2020 security update available for Xperia 10 Plus and Xperia 1 smartphones. The updates have been spotted in China.

The update on Xperia 1 arrives with version 55.1.A.9.21 and weighs 88 MB in size, while it arrives with version 53.0.A.14.47 and weighs in 309.2 MB in size for Xperia 10 Plus.

Samsung Galaxy M30 and A70s

June security update is also seeding for Galaxy M30 and A70s. While Galaxy M30 is getting updated in India, Galaxy A70s is receiving the update in China. Galaxy M30 and A70s updates arrive with build BTF3.

Honor 9X Pro, 9X, and 9N

Honor 9X Pro, 9X, and 9N are now receiving the latest June 2020 security patch. The update hits Honor 9X Pro with version (size 105 MB), Honor 9X Pro with version (size 373 MB), and Honor 9N with version (size 197 MB).
