Realme has been known to bring about new features and additions to its devices, based on the feedback it receives from its loyal user community. Realme UI (Android 10) based Smart Assistant is also one of such additions.

Smart Assistant was introduced as a user convenience feature along with the Realme UI (Android 10), which gives you access to quick actions, weather information, scan photo or documents, health tracker, and more.

It is more or less like Google Assistant that feeds you with all the information curated by you, for you and keeps you up to date.

However, it seems like a new update, recently pushed for the Realme Narzo 10 which carries version number A.15, has disabled the Smart Assistant from the device.

Moreover, as per the user report, it has also been removed from the Settings menu, meaning that there is no way to activate it on the Realme Narzo 10.

Here is what the user has to say:

@realmecareIN narzo 10 received a software update yesterday. Now it does not have Smart Assistant Screen. No options for it in setting also.

What’s more interesting that, as per a review, the new update arriving with version number RMX2040_11_A.15, which is now rolling out as the first OTA for the device, came pre-installed on the review units.

But, with the latest update, the feature has been removed from the phone. And responding to this situation, Realme support has come out clean, stating that Realme Narzo 10 does not support the Smart Assistant feature.

We would like to inform you that realme narzo10 doesn’t have smart assistant. We have noted your feedback and our team is constantly working on new feedback that we are getting. Kindly stay tuned with us on our social media platforms to know more about the same.

So, if we look at the statement by the Realme support, optimistically, the Smart Assistant feature might be brought to the phone via a future update. But, nothing can be said officially, as it is mere speculation.
