AppSync Unified gets support for iOS 13.4.1 with AppSync Unified 74.0
For anyone that has been in the jailbreak scene for a while, AppSync Unified is not an unfamiliar name. For the uninitiated, AppSync Unified is a jailbreak tweak to install unsigned, fakesigned, or ad-hoc signed IPA packages on a jailbroken iOS device.
In simple terms, this tweak allows you to install apps that Apple doesn’t exactly want to be installed on your iPhone by tricking iOS to think the app is legit and has been adequately signed.
AppSync Unified tweak does this by patching installd to allow for the installation of unsigned, fake signed apps. AppSync Unified is, therefore, very instrumental in running third-party apps and repositories like App Cake.
Needless to say, this tweak plays a very important role in the jailbreak community. Today, the app is being updated to version 74.0. This build brings a few improvements to the tool as outlined in the following changelog.
Changelog for 74.0
-Add support for iOS 13.4.1.
-Added some more third-party modified package IDs to the Conflicts blacklist.
-No other changes were made to AppSync Unified’s functionality or code
Perhaps the biggest takeaway from this changelog is the fact that AppSync unified nope supports the very latest build of iOS, iOS 13.4.1.
You can get the latest build of AppSync Unified from Cydia’s repository using the official repo URL: https://cydia.akemi.ai/
It is refreshing to see more and more development in the Jailbreak community. All these tools are being updated to work with the very latest builds of iOS means even newer devices can get to enjoy the benefits that come with jailbreaking.
