Why did Realme Increase the prices of Realme 6 and 6 Pro. What’s the new product philosophy of Realme?

Now a lot of users had these questions in mind on why Realme hiked the prices of Realme 6 and 6 Pro smartphones. And to answer this, the CEO stated that in order to provide the users a worthy upgrade, Realme not only had to put in quad cameras and a better processor, but had to put in some extra features to bring an overall improved product.

And this was the only reason why putting the Realme 6 and 6 Pro around the 10K bracket was not possible.

There was a purple variant of Realme 6 Pro in the product video. Are we bringing that color too?

Responding to this question, Realme CEO Madhav Seth stated that indeed, the purple color variant of the Realme 6 Pro was kept as a surprise and was quite intelligent of the users to spot that color variant in the product video. The new purple color variant will definitely be coming soon.

During the launch, we announced that features like front camera Slow Motion and UIS will come to Realme 6 via OTA. Can you share a timeline for it?

Answering this question, Madhav Seth stated that these features are already available on the Realme 6 Pro and will soon be made available on the Realme 6 via an OTA starting from April.

Will we get features like Nightscape 3.0 and Tripod mode for other Realme devices?

Coming in as a bummer for some, Seth responded to this query saying that these features are developed based on hardware that is specific to some Realme models. Future devices will definitely get the Nightscape 3.0 and Tripod mode features, but this won’t be coming in the existing devices.

Can we expect more watch faces in Realme Band?

Yes, more watch faces are coming in for the Realme Band as the CEO has himself confirmed that the team is working on developing more watch faces.

Will Realme launch straps for Realme Band in different colors and designs?

Responding to this, Madhav Seth confirmed that the green, yellow and black color straps will be soon made available on the Realme.com website. Moreover, for other colors and designs, the company is all ears to listen to the user’s suggestions and let Realme know how you would like to style your Realme Band.

Realme Band has a call notification bug. When are we going to fix it?

Seth clarified that the developers have already fixed the notification bug on the Realme Band and a new update is available on the Google Play Store.

Can we expect music controls on Realme Band?

Answering this question, the CEO has clarified that the company has not yet thought of developing this feature for the current version, but if users want this, then it can be worked upon.

Why the brightness of the Realme Band is very low?

Although the brightness of the Realme Band is as per the industry standards (500 nits) users are requested to link their Realme Band to the Realme Link app and tweak the settings for better performance.

Any news about the Realme smartwatch?

CEO Madhav Seth showed Realme smartwatch in the video, though not in its full glory, but gave a sneak peek and stated that it will out for the users, pretty soon.

When are we getting Realme Bluetooth speakers?

As the company is already working towards bringing more Internet of Things (IoT) products, Madhav stated that Bluetooth speakers are definitely in cards and more information about the Bluetooth speakers will be shared with the users very soon.

Can you share anything about the Realme TV? What are its specifications and price?

Answering this question, the CEO stated that the Realme TV will be launched only for the Indian users and if the users have any suggestions regarding the Realme TV then, they can share them with the hashtag #realTV. Moreover, users can stay tuned to the Realme Link page for more updates on the same.

From Realme 5 to the latest Realme 6 Pro, the design of Realme smartphones is becoming constant in terms of camera placement. Are we going to change it anytime in the future?

Responding to this question, Madhav Seth hailed the company’s innovation in bringing new design elements with the Realme 6 and 6 Pro and also stated that users have really liked their designs.

As far as the camera placement is concerned, the user feedback has been shared with the concerned team and definitely, users will see new placement for the cameras which will surprise them.

Madhav responded to this question that, as the company was launched with the motto of “Power meets style”, Realme Nazro series, which includes Nazro 10 and 10A packs in the latest processor and a big battery.

However, being a market leader, the company cannot only thrive on power and style as there are other trend-setting technologies that Realme has brought in India.

For instance, the first smartphone in India with a 64 MP camera, and the fastest charging tech in India with the 50W to 65W fast charging. So, the Nazro series was made to bring in powerful and unique features along with innovative style.
