Pokemon Go changes due to Coronavirus : Triple Stardust & XP, 1 Pokecoin bundles, Increased Gifts opening limit
Coronavirus pandemic has currently crippled the world. Many countries are currently facing an extreme threat of COVID-19. At the time of writing, a total of 378,481 Coronavirus cases have been registered worldwide.
Many businesses & events have got affected by this widespread of disease. Olympic 2020 event has also got postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. E3 2020 has also got canceled due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.
COVID-19 has also affected Pokemon Go as both, March Community Day & Safari event got postponed. Niantic also made some changes to the game on March 12, such that players can play the game easily during this outbreak.
Well, Niantic has made some new adjustments today to the game in the wake of Coronavirus and these changes will stay live in the game until further notice. Rotating 1 Pokecoin bundles have been added in the shop. Also, changes have been made to gifts. You can check all the details down below.

Changes to Gifts
The number of Gifts you can open daily will now increase to 30, and the number of Gifts you can carry in your inventory will increase to 20. Gifts will also contain more Poké Balls. Niantic appreciates players patience as their team continue to prioritize updates that make gameplay more accessible and enjoyable at this time.
Rotating 1 PokéCoin bundles in the shop!
New 1 PokéCoin bundles will be available in the shop each week as one-time purchases. The contents of these bundles change weekly, so be sure to get what is available each week. Right now, a new 1 PokéCoin bundle is available for you that contains the following.
- Poké Balls × 100
You can access the above bundle (along with the one-time-purchase bundle of 30 Incense for 1 PokéCoin that was already available) from now until Monday, March 30, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7). The Incense and Poké Ball bundles will both be removed at that time, and a new 1 PokéCoin.
