Great news for the Mi 9 SE owners as Xiaomi has rolled out the Android 10 update for the users globally and in Russia. This update, along with all the new features of Android 10, brings February 2020 patchset as well.

To recall, the Mi 9 SE in China, bagged the Android 10 update two months back. However, more than a month later, the update was re-released for the Chinese users of the Mi 9 SE along with a security patchset.

And the global and Russian variants are also, picking up the Android 10 update. It brings the stable MIUI 11 based on Android 10 for the units, along with notification settings fix, and some camera fixes as well.

The update for the global variant of the Mi 9 SE is arriving with the version number V11.0.2.0.QFBMIXM while, the Russian variant is grabbing the update with version number V11.0.2.0.QFBRUXM.

Although the updates are for the Mi 9 SE are being pushed via OTA in batches, users who wish to manually upgrade their phones with the latest update can grab the package file from the below section:

Once you have downloaded the update from the above link, go to Settings>>About Phone>>System update>>press the MIUI version logo 10 times>> tap on the three-dot icon at the top right corner and select Choose update package.

Locate the update package inside the ‘downloaded_rom’ folder of your internal storage and select the file to update manually.
