Yet another iOS 13.3 exploit on A13 teased, still in the unchartered water
You know Apple doesn’t allow their users to alter all the default options on their platform, be it iOS or macOS. They say it’s for the sake of security and yeah, it’s quite true in that sense. However, as a person who craves to customise their device, it’s hell of a hindrance.
That’s where the importance of jailbreaking comes in. The point to keep in mind is that you will not get warranty if anything goes wrong. On the other side of the spectrum lies countless possibilities to tinker with your iDevice so that it will match your liking.
Before you jump into jailbreaking your iPhone/iPad, you need to find a suitable tool (for examples checkra1n, Chimera, unc0ver, etc.). There comes a hurdle! No universal tool is available for you to try on every iOS iterations.
Let’s take the case of checkra1n. Although it has risen to popularity recently, you can’t use it on A12 and A13 devices. But for older generation iPhones running on iOS 12.3 and up, you’ll have no issues in jailbreaking with it.
What if you want to jailbreak your new iPhone 11 (or any A12/A13 iDevice)? Unfortunately, you have no choice but to engulf what the Cupertino tech giant has to offer. To reminisce, we have shared with you a glimmer of hope a few days ago in the form of a tfp0 exploit teaser.
Guess what? We have got our eyes on another prospect. Akin to what we shared earlier, this one also hasn’t seen the light yet. Nevertheless, a renowned developer in the jailbreaking arena has tweeted out the outcome, which might eventually bring us a chance to jailbreak iOS 13.3 on A13 devices.
In case you are not aware, @iBSparkes has a good track record in the community. About eight months ago, he has released MatchSwap exploit, which was then adopted by unc0ver. We are not sure whether or not this one will also follow the same path. If it does, you can see it as an update below.
