In the last major update to the game, developers added PUBG Labs to the game. Speaking of PUBG Labs, it is a space where devs will introduce experimental features and collect players’ feedback to fine-tune them before making it a permanent addition to the game.

Earlier on December 19, developers added a flying vehicle, Motor Glider, to PUBG Labs. The Motor Glider is currently available in PUBG Labs and will stay there until December 29, 2019, at 11 pm PST. Speaking of Motor Glider, it has two seats – one for pilot and one for the passenger.

The player sitting in the passenger seat can shoot and use any weapon from the backseat. However, to takeoff, Motor Glider needs to have a speed of 65 km/h then need to pitch up with the S key. But once, the Glider will hit 70 km/h it will start to take off automatically.

Motor Glider’s fuel consumption rate is tied to the engine speed – the more throttle you apply, the faster you will run out of gas. Also, there is no maximum altitude for Motor Glider, but the engine will start losing power at a higher altitude.

PUBG Update

Motor Glider is currently only available on Erangel and Miramar maps in PUBG Labs. Well, if you have not been able to locate Motor Glider for yourself yet. We have shared the spawn locations of Motor Glider on Erangel and Miramar maps. Have a look at them down below.

Apart from this, PUBG update 5.3 added a new feature to the game. Players can now save settings to the cloud from the settings screen. This feature allows users to load their settings even while playing on a new PC. However, settings that are dependent on hardware cannot be saved.
