New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….

Original story (published on December 23, 2019) follows:

After the international market, Samsung is now rolling out the stable One UI 2.0 update to carrier models in the U.S. and Canada.

It started with the Galaxy S10 series on T-Mobile and Sprint, which was expected given that they took part in the early Android 10 beta program alongside the carrier-unlocked models.

At the time, reports also came from Canada confirming that Android 10 stable was also rolling out to the Galaxy S10 sets in the region. Just today, Samsung is pushing the same update to the U.S. unlocked Galaxy S10 handsets.

Besides the Galaxy S10, Samsung is also updating the Galaxy Note 10 to the latest Android 10. The OS already rolled out in Europe as well as on U.S. carriers Verizon and AT&T.

For those in Canada and specifically on TELUS, Rogers or Fido, the Galaxy Note 10 One UI 2.0 update has a release date. Both Rogers and Fido say the update is “Coming soon” whereas TELUS is confident the rollout will begin on January 6, 2020.

Of course, you can never be sure with software update release dates, which is why TELUS reminds you that all dates are approximate and subject to change, so don’t be surprised if the Galaxy Note 10 One UI 2.0 update doesn’t roll out on the promised date.

As usual, we will be keeping an eye on the developments and bring you the latest news as and when we get them. Meanwhile, feel free to check out more Samsung-related coverage here.

Since then, it's been a parade of Android devices (with a sprinkle of iOS), culminating in a mostly happy marriage with Google's smart home ecosystem. Expect insightful articles and explorations of the ever-evolving world of Android and Google products coupled with occasional rants on the Nest smart home ecosystem.
