Google unveiled its much-awaited video game streaming platform Stadia on November 19. At launch, the search giant included two free games to start you off – Destiny 2: The Collection and Samurai Shodown.

In a recent tweet made through the official Stadia account on Twitter, the company revealed that two more free games would be added to Stadia Pro beginning December 1. The two in question are Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Farming Simulator 19.

Looking at the announcement banner above, Google promised to bring Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition to Stadia Pro, however, the many reports doing rounds on Reddit suggest the search giant is delivering the standard edition of the game.

Farming Simulator 19 was released a year ago. As the name suggests, it is a farming simulator video game set up on American and European farms where players engage in farming activities that stretch into the world of driving, with over over 300 farming vehicles at their disposal.

Even though the free access to Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition is limited to Stadia Pro subscribers, those who own the Founders Edition and wish to take advantage of the 3-month trial period for the Pro edition can also grab this game.

Since the controversial shipping of the standard Farming Simulator 19, Google has since come out to acknowledge the issue, promising to look into the matter as soon as possible.

Hey there everybody. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m looking into the situation as we speak and will keep you all posted with updates…The team is still looking into this matter, so thank you all so much for your continued patience.

And indeed, starting a couple or so hours ago, it appears as if things have been restored as players now say Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition is now available as part of the latest Stadia Pro haul.

Something Google can also confirm:

We were out picking up a new planter and hadn’t yet cultivated the field! Of course, Stadia Pro members will be able to claim Farming Simulator 2019: Platinum Edition as one of their free December 2019 titles. You can claim the Platinum Edition now. For those who have already claimed the standard version, you can simply go and claim the Platinum Version under Stadia Pro games on your mobile app.
