Incoming is a service outage alert!

Is Ryanair website or app down, not working or throwing a notification stating “Something’s gone wrong with your request” or “Our site is currently down for maintenance”?

Please be informed that the service is seemingly going through an outage which has got affected users to route to micro-blogging site Twitter to highlight their concern. Take a look at what some of those affected have to say:

A quick look at Down detector – a service that gives a realtime overview of outages and other issues – reflects the service is encountering a glitch as can be seen in the live outage map:

Coming to whether there’s an official word on the matter, @Ryanair is suggesting users to wait for a couple of hours, as the site is encountering some technical glitch.

To users inquiring about issues related to check-in and printing boarding pass, @Ryanair is suggesting to take a screenshot of the error message in order not to be charged at the airport.

Please keep on trying, and take screenshots of the error message for not be charged at the airport in case you cannot check in.

The latest status update from @Ryanair suggests no new development on the matter. Looks like the technical glitch in question may take a few more hours.

06:19 pm (IST): The recent issue has now been resolved.

02:52 pm (IST): Several users have taken to Twitter to report (1, 2, 3) that Ryanair website is currently down or not working for them.

04:59 pm (IST): Lack of reports suggest that the recent outage with Ryanair website has now been resolved.
