New updates are being added to the bottom of this story….
Original story (from October 29) follows:
A new update for Fortnite Battle Royale is going to get live today, and the latest update to the game is going to bring Fortnitemares 2019 to the game. So Epic Games is all set to make Halloween for players a bit more interesting with the addition of spooky skins and elements to the game.
Epic Games has also announced the schedule for the update. Fortnite update v11.10 will arrive today at 4 AM ET (0800 UTC). The upcoming update will also have a downtime. During the downtime, matchmaking will be disabled for players.
Speaking of Fortnitemares 2019, Epic Games has already released a few skins that are made available in the game’s item shop. Data miners have also leaked many Fortnitemares 2019 skins, which are expected to become a part of the game.
Fortnitemares 2019 is expected to last for two weeks. One of the most popular Fortnite leakers and data miners, @Lucas7yoshi, has also leaked the upcoming new zombie skins, which can be seen below. Apart from the skins, Fortnitemares 2019 can also add cube monsters to the game.
Last year’s Fortnitemares event added interesting content to the game, which includes the following: Six Shooter, Fiend Hunter Crossbow. Epic Games also added Cube Monsters, but many fans and players did not appreciate their addition.
Players have a lot of expectations from this year’s ‘Fortnitemares’ event too. The downtime for the update v11.10 has begun and whenever the patch notes arrive we will update the post.
