The second weekend of Call of Duty Modern Warfare beta is currently live. Call of Duty Modern Warfare’s second-weekend beta started on September 19 and will stay live until September 23. Players who pre-ordered the game on their Xbox One and PC were eligible for early access, which started on September 19 and will stay live until September 20 at 6 pm.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Open beta for Xbox One, PS4, and PC players will go live on September 20 at 6 pm PST and will stay live until September 23 at 10 am PST. Players require Xbox Live Gold to play the beta on their Xbox One consoles while Battle.net is required to play the game on a PC.

The most interesting thing about Call of Duty Modern Warfare’s second weekend beta is that it features cross-play for the first time in the history of the Call of Duty franchise. Beta players who had early access to the game on September 19 had the following content to play.

Infinity Ward has also revealed a list of playlists and game modes that will be available for open beta which is starting today. The players will be excited to learn that they will get to play 6v6 Azhir Cave in night mode. The open beta also features Game Mode: Cyber Attack.

As it is a beta version of the game, the game is plagued with few bugs. Players can report any bugs encountered by them to Infinity Ward which will help them to resolve them before the official launch of the game on October 25.

However, players are required to follow a specific format for reporting the bugs that have been detailed below.

  • Description: Tell your experience as concisely as possible. Include any error codes you might encounter.
  • Reproduction: Clearly write out the steps to reproduce the issue.
